Safe Operating Guide
PLEASE NOTE: Any piece of equipment can be dangerous if not operated properly.
DO NOT USE THIS EQUIPMENT UNTIL SAFE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS HAVE BEEN READ AND UNDERSTOOD BY ALL INDIVIDUALS TO USE THE EQUIPMENT. If Safe Operation Instructions are not located with this unit please download a copy at www.windmastersprayguns.com. If you are unable to obtain a copy of the Safe Operation instructions online, please contact us at 360-691-2620 or info@windmastersprayguns.com and we will make sure you receive a copy by mail or other selected method.
High pressure spray can cause extremely serious injury. The pressure stream can pierce skin, damage eyes and burst ear drums. USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN OPERATING THIS EQUIPMENT.
Pre-Operation Check:
1. Check to see that the spray gun is fully assembled and none of the parts are in disrepair.
2. Check to see that the proper orifice or nozzle is correctly seated.
3. Check to see that the valve adjusting hex handle works freely.
Operation Procedure:
1. Review Safe Operation Instructions for complete safety and warning information.
2. Connect Windmaster Spray Gun to supply line from pump.
3. Check to see that pump pressure does not exceed spray gun capacity.
4. Activate supply line from pump.
5. Slowly turn on hex handle to activate spraying.
WINDMASTER SPRAY GUNS, OPERATING GUIDE
Shut Down procedure:
1. Turn off supply line from pump.
2. Release pressure by opening valve
3. Disconnect Windmaster Spray Gun from hose.
4. Rinse with clean water using approved chemical disposal methods to remove any residue.
Guarantee:
1. The guarantee period for Windmaster Spray Guns is 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. The guarantee is only valid for defects in the material or manufacturing errors. The guarantee covers parts but does not cover labor to replace the parts. Proof of defective part is required.
3. Operational wear does not fall within the parameters of the guarantee.
4. Damage from freezing voids the guarantee.
5. Orifice, nozzles and packing are normal wear parts and are not covered by the guarantee.

If the person receiving this handout is not the person to use the equipment, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure the information is passed along to the person who will be using the equipment.
Safe Operation Warning
1. Always read safety and warning labels before operating equipment.
2. Make sure to read and understand operating instructions.
3. Personal Protection Equipment should be worn when operating this equipment, especially eye protection, foot protection and proper clothing.
4. ALWAYS TURN OFF THE PRESSURE TO THE SPRAY GUN, AND ACTIVATE THE HEX HANDLE TO MAKE SURE PRESSURE HAS BEEN RELEASED to the unit when making adjustments to the equipment such as changing orifice or nozzles.
5. Inspect the equipment prior to each use for leaks or damaged parts. If leaks or damage are found, immediately have the unit repair by authorized personnel before using the equipment.
6. Do not operate the spray gun near power lines or electrical equipment or fatal electrical shock could occur.
7. Never point the spray gun and any person or any part of any person’s body. Serious bodily harm could occur from contact with the stream of spray from the spray gun.
8. Do not put your hand or fingers in front of the spray stream from the spray gun. Serious bodily harm could occur from contact with the stream of spray from the spray gun.
9. Never allow children to operate the spray gun. Serious bodily harm could occur from contact with the stream of spray from the spray gun.
10. Always wear proper attire when using the spray gun.
11. Be sure to hold the spray gun securely and have firm footing to stand on.
12. Do not leave a spray gun, under pressure, unattended at any time.
13. If replacement parts are needed for the equipment, use only components authorized by the manufacturer.
